Cancellation Policy

Full charges apply unless we are notified of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the booked service. Refunds will not be issued otherwise. Please ensure your booking reflects the accurate size of the property that is being inspected. If it is not you will either be charged extra as per pricing schedule via email invoice or your booking will be cancelled By booking a Building inspection online you are agreeing to our terms of service as described in the previous page
