Service Description

Our End of Lease Treatment is essentially to treat the property for Fleas as per requirements of Real Estate Agencies/Landlords. Carpet cleaning must be completed prior to the Pest Treatment & the property must be empty at the time of the treatment. We will forward required documentation to your Real Estate once the treatment is completed.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please try to notify us at least 24 hours prior to your booked Pest Treatment. If a refund is required this may take up to 7 business days. If weather conditions are not favorable we will reschedule your treatment after consulting with you.
